Don't over think this. 3-10 people is the sweet spot! A nice, small and intentional crew is all you need. After all, we're reaching the masses one living room at a time.
* STEP 2.
TALK LOGISTICS.
Decide where and how often you want to meet up.
This book is to be ingested like a "12 Course Meal," where each dish is savored one gathering at a time. We recommend meeting once a week and appointing one group member to be responsible for weekly coordination.

MEAL PREP.
Each time you meet, you'll be encouraged to break bread together.
Why? Coz sharing a meal is powerful, plain and simple! Decide what your vibe will be: a cute family-style potluck? Or do you split a cheap bottle of wine and a sweet treat?

NOTHIN TO IT BUT TO DO IT!
Come weary, come angry, come longing, come ready.
